First, according to the drawings, confirm that the specifications and colors of the electronic harness meet the standard. 1. Confirm the specification of the electronic harness. Because the same type of electronic harness, the value of the specification of the electronic harness is larger, and the electronic wire is thinner. For example, the electron beam is arranged from coarse to fine as AWG22>AWG24>AWG26.
2. Confirm the color problem of the electronic harness. First, check if the color of the electronic harness is the same as the color of the drawing. Check whether the color on the electronic line and the color on the electronic line are the same.
2. According to the drawings, the length and the stripping of the cutting and stripping lines shall be inspected to ensure compliance with the standards.
Third, according to the cutting instructions, carry out the cutting process of the electronic line, and check whether the appearance of the electronic harness is problematic.
1. Verify that the appearance of the electronic harness is worn.
2. Verify that the wire stripping head is qualified.
3. Check whether the core wire is damaged during the processing of the electron beam, and whether the wire harness cut is flat or not.
